Social Media Assistant - £11 per hour

Duties include adhering to a content strategy for our clients, posting to social media, mainly Instagram and Facebook, and managing engagement for our clients. This is a client-facing role and you will be working directly with our clients. You can expect to be working on a mix of accounts including outdoor brands accounts, addiction accounts, not-for-profit accounts, and small business accounts.

The position is remote, ideally, you will be within traveling distance of Manchester. Full training will be given. The role is roughly 10-15 hours per week on a self-employed basis. However, there will soon be more hours and accounts if you want to increase your hours. If you don’t want to increase this is fine. We may also then move to employing you rather than you being self-employed

As the company grows there will be the opportunity for promotion.

There are weekday positions, and weekend positions. As a team we work via an online chat to keep in touch, we meet to co work where possible and we enjoy team outings together.

We hire the right people who have similar values to us, if you have that, training you for the job is the easy part. You can expect to learn how to market a brand via social media and how to help the client grow that account. We do have targets/goals for the account, and you will need to strive to hit these, but we do give you full training and support to do this, so please don’t worry about this.

You will need access to a desktop, mobile phone, and internet access to be able to do the work required for this position. You are responsible for paying your own tax and national insurance whilst self-employed.

Sales Team Member - Commission based (approx £100-£500 per sale)

Duties include sourcing new clients and selling our digital marketing services to these businesses/brands.

The position is remote, ideally, you will be within traveling distance of Manchester. Full training will be given. You can work as many hours as you choose and when you choose, however, most businesses will only be available during the working day so we would need you to do your hours between 8am and 6pm. We will provide all sales materials, and approve the sectors to target, it’s then up to you to outreach to the businesses and sell our services. Full support and training will be given and ongoing to make sure you do well. You do well – we do well!

For each successful sale (depending on the products we pay a minimum commission of £100, and if you sold the full suite of services this could be as much as £500). The more you sell, the more you earn, the better you get, the more you sell, the more you earn – there is no cap!

As the company grows there will be the opportunity for promotion.
