This is where you hand over the management of your social media channels to the NRD team to manage for you. You can have as much or as little input as you like, we’re happy to work around you.

In most cases you supply the pictures, however, we are able to create infographics, memes etc if they are appropriate for your account. We do the rest! We write captions that drive action, ensure you have hard-working hashtags to reach as many people as possible and use your socials to get people to trust your brand and take the next step.

We offer two levels of social media management. Both have the exact same services because we do believe it’s all required, the only difference is how much we do per week on your account.

Social Media Management

LEVEL 1

> Up to 2 social media platforms

We will post to one individual platform, or duplicate the content out to one of the following combinations;

1. Instagram and Facebook
2. Instagram and Tiktok
3. Facebook and Twitter

For example, we will post the same reel to Instagram and Tiktok all within this package.

The above combinations complement each other in terms of the type of content.

If you need us to post to more social platforms, please get in touch, and we will quote for your individual needs. You can do that by clicking “book a meeting to discuss further” below.

> Up to 7 posts per week

We will post up to 7 times on your main grid or feed.

We say up to 7 times because this is a bespoke service and we will discuss with you posting to suit your account. Some weeks that might be 7 posts, because you have something on that you want a lot of exposure for. It might be that your engagement peaks at 6 posts, so we will discuss this with you. If you still want 7x posts per week, then we are happy to do this!

> Regular Stories

This is a bespoke service so we go with what is current. This may mean some days you get a higher number of stories, and some days less. We follow trends and what is topical or needed on your account.

We know stories make a big impact, and we will use them in the best way to drive action for your account.

> Hashtag Research

Hashtags are key to reaching a bigger audience. Despite what they say, hashtags are certainly not dead. They’re absolutely key to getting new eyes on your business and that’s why we research them in a high level of detail for your account.

We make sure you have no banned hashtags, and that every hashtag works hard for your business.

We refresh them constantly to ensure we’re getting the best for your account.

> Brand Presence

This is super important. Think of it as the personality of your account. This is what makes people follow your account, keep coming back to it, and engage with it. It’s what drives them to action.

It’s what guides the content we write, and makes it recognisable.

It’s what builds trust and reputation. We work as a team with you to really expand and deepen your brand.

> Housekeeping

Link in bio need changing? We’re on it! New profile picture – updated!

We keep on top of your account admin for you ensuring it’s all up to date.

> Monthly Report

We deliver a monthly report to you. This shows you the wins and what we can do better next month. We will set goals and work towards them over each month to ensure what we do is transparent and that there is always progress.

£550 per month

If you select “buy online” you will be asked to make payment, then taken to a contract and your onboarding form. Once those are received we will be in touch and begin work within 3 business days.

How do I get started?

You can purchase straight from the website and we will begin work within 3 business days. Or if you want us to design a bespoke package or have questions, you can book a complimentary meeting with us and we can discuss this.

What do each of the packages include?

You can see in each box what is included in each level of service. The main difference is the amount of work we do.

Is there a minimum term contract?

No, we work on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel at any time with 28 days notice.

How do I cancel?

You can email us at team@northernreachdigital.com to cancel. Please give us 28 days notice.

How do we write the content?

We ask you to complete an in-depth onboarding form so we fully understand your brand. We work closely with you to make sure we get the tone and content right for your audience.

We will write to suit your business and goals, with your brand in mind.

Do I provide pictures/videos?

In most cases, you will need to provide media to us. We can create posts, for example, quote style posts and infographics. We can also create videos/reels from images and videos you send us.

Can I approve the content?

You can approve all content before it goes out. We will provide a link for you to do this. We also use the native Facebook scheduler, so you can see your content in here.
